Monthly live calls, guided practices, somatic and psychoeducational resources and two at-home retreats a year, all designed around the rhythms and needs of a highly sensitive nervous system.

What's inside the Sanctuary

Each month brings a new theme to explore, from nervous system regulation and boundaries to rest, relationships and understanding your patterns. With somatic practices, guided meditations and workbooks to support you, you will gradually build a deeper understanding of yourself and begin to feel the difference in your body, your relationships and your everyday life.
