If you’re a highly sensitive person struggling with chronic stress, overwhelm or burnout, you’ve probably heard all the usual advice.

“Just relax.” “Don’t be so sensitive.” “You need thicker skin.”

But none of it works, because none of it addresses the fact that your nervous system is wired differently. What you need isn’t to change who you are, but to understand and honour yourself.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll create a nurturing space where you can:

  • Release patterns of self-criticism, people-pleasing and feeling like you’re never enough.

  • Build boundaries with compassion, so you can protect your energy and show up in your relationships the way you want to.

  • Connect with your body’s wisdom through somatic practices that help you feel safe and at home in yourself.

  • Explore spiritual connection as a resource for meaning, resilience and guidance beyond the overwhelm of daily life.

  • Address the mind-body connection and understand how stress, emotions and unprocessed experiences can show up as physical symptoms.

The Approach

This programme draws on evidence-based somatic psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, mind-body medicine and spiritual connection.

It’s grounded in science and held with soul.

You’ll learn tools and practices that work with your nervous system, not against it. You’ll be supported by a small group of other highly sensitive people who understand what it’s like to move through the world feeling everything so deeply. And you’ll be guided by someone who’s walked this path herself.

This is not about becoming a ‘new you’ or fixing what’s wrong.

It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been, beneath the overwhelm and self-doubt. It’s about remembering your wholeness.

A note from Marie

I created this programme because I know what it’s like to struggle as a highly sensitive person in a world that tells you to just keep up.

I’ve experienced chronic stress and stress-induced illness. I’ve felt broken, different and like something was fundamentally wrong with me. And I’ve found my way back to wholeness through the very practices and approaches I’ll be sharing with you.

I’m a fully qualified psychotherapist with 15 years clinical experience, trained in somatic work, trauma healing, compassionate inquiry, mind-body medicine and spiritual counselling. But more than my credentials, I bring lived understanding of what it means to be highly sensitive and the deep belief that your sensitivity is not a flaw to overcome, but a gift to reclaim.

This programme is my life’s work distilled into 12 weeks of supported, holistic healing. I’d be honoured to walk this path with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a therapeutic group programme facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist. It involves psychoeducation, somatic practices and supported healing work in a group setting. It is not therapy and each individual is responsible for their own emotional safety whilst in the programme. If you need more support, it is your responsibility to access it.

  • Many HSPs find that traditional talking therapy alone doesn’t address the nervous system and body-based responses that create overwhelm. This programme takes a holistic approach that includes the body and soul alongside the mind.

  • Whilst I cannot promise specific outcomes, many people find that as they address chronic stress, regulate their nervous system and heal underlying patters, their stress-related physical symptoms ease or resolve. We’ll explore the mind-body connection using evidence-based approaches.

  • You don’t need to identify as spiritual to benefit from this work. The spiritual component is about connecting with what’s meaningful to you and exploring your inner life with depth. It’s inclusive of all beliefs and none.

  • The group will be small (maximum 10 people) and held with care for introverts. Many HSPs are introverted, and the group format allows for both connection and space. You’ll never be forced to share beyond your comfort.
