This 1:1 programme is a contained, immersive journey with a clear destination: coming home to yourself.
There's a difference between being given a fish and learning to fish. Traditional therapy often focuses on the former, support through a difficult period or relief from acute symptoms. The Immersion is about the latter. We go deep enough that you don't just feel better at the end of six months; you understand yourself, trust yourself and have the inner resources to keep coming back to yourself long after our work is done.
Over six months we'll move through the four pillars of my unique Sensitive Soul Framework:
Regulate - learning to work with your highly sensitive nervous system rather than against it, so you can find genuine ease in your daily life.
Reconnect - coming back into relationship with your body and its wisdom, and learning to hear what it's been trying to tell you.
Release - gently working through the patterns, beliefs and old wounds that have kept you stuck in cycles of over-functioning and self-abandonment.
Reclaim - stepping into a relationship with yourself that is grounded in self-trust, self-compassion and the capacity to live a life in alignment with your true, authentic self.

My approach draws on 15 years of clinical experience across psychodynamic and person-centred psychotherapy, somatic therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, SIRPA-informed mind-body medicine and spiritual coaching. What these have in common is that they all work with your whole self, body, mind and soul. Together these modalities help weave and reconnect all parts of ourselves so we can come back into wholeness.
We work on four interconnected levels:
Body: The body’s wisdom can somtimes be difficult to access. Physical symptoms, chronic tension or the inability to truly switch off aren't usually signs that something is wrong with you. They're your body's way of signalling that something needs attention. Learning to listen to that signal, rather than override it is a crucial part of healing.
Nervous system: A highly sensitive nervous system that has been living under chronic stress doesn't just calm down because life gets quieter. It needs specific, patient support to move out of fight, flight or functional freeze and to build the capacity to stay regulated when things get hard. This is foundational to everything else. Without it, no amount of insight or intention creates lasting change.
Mind: We look at the beliefs that are driving your patterns. Things like: “My worth comes from what I produce.” “My needs are too much.” “I have to make myself smaller to be acceptable.” These beliefs are usually formed early and they keep you cycling through over-functioning, people-pleasing and self-abandonment long after the original circumstances have changed.
Soul: This is about coming back to yourself and recovering all the beautiful gifts that your sensitivity offers. You will be guided to reconnect with the parts of yourself the world asked you to put away. You will also be supported to build a life that's aligned with your values rather than shaped around everyone else's needs. Through this work you will be invited to start trusting what you know deep down, reclaiming the gifts of your intuition, creativity and connection to yourself, others and life itself. Learning to draw on deep resources through spiritual practice (in any way that feels right to you) is paramount to this process.

The immersion is a 6 month programme of fortnightly 1:1 calls at a mutually agreed time. Each call is 60 minutes and together we work through my Sensitive Soul framework at your pace, fully personalised to you.
You will also receive workbooks, journaling prompts and guided practices to help you in between calls, in a way that supports you without creating more overwhelm.
This is a longer programme because it is designed to facilitate a fundamental shift in how you understand yourself and how you move through the world. Real change at the level of nervous system, identity and soul takes time.

1 x 90-minute deep dive session
Your opening strategy session, where we identify your main challenges and create the roadmap for your entire 6-month journey, personalised to you.
12 x 60-minute fortnightly sessions
This is where we explore and integrate your leaning to your own life. These deeply therapeutic sessions are delivered online via Zoom.
The Sensitive Soul Framework materials
Self-led teaching, exercises and guided practices for each of the four pillars, to go deep between sessions and study the materials at your own pace.

It's designed for people who are stable and ready for deep personal work. The aim for this programme is to help you learn the skills you need to be your own best friend and support system.

The Sensitive Soul Immersion is usually £4,800 for the full six months, but I currently have an offer for the first 4 people who sign up for £4,000. This reflects the depth of the work, the level of my clinical experience and the degree of attention I'm able to offer when I work with a small number of clients at this level. Payment plans are available and you can choose to pay monthly for 6 months.
