Your opening strategy session, where we identify your main challenges and create the roadmap for your entire 6-month journey, personalised to you.

12 x 60-minute fortnightly sessions

This is where we explore and integrate your leaning to your own life. These deeply therapeutic sessions are delivered online via Zoom.

The Sensitive Soul Framework materials

Self-led teaching, exercises and guided practices for each of the four pillars, to go deep between sessions and study the materials at your own pace.

Personalised programme plan

Your own bespoke application of the framework. This is not a generic programme, it is built around you.

Community

6 months complimentary membership to The Sensitive Soul Sanctuary, an online community for HSPs (Worth £282).

Final integration session
