Understanding yourself isn't the same as healing. Real change happens in the body, in relationship, and at a depth that insight alone can't reach. That's why I’ve designed this framework.

This is not open-ended therapy. It's a contained, immersive journey with a clear destination: coming home to yourself.
There's a difference between being given a fish and learning to fish. Traditional therapy often focuses on the former, support through a difficult period or relief from acute symptoms. The Immersion is about the latter. We go deep enough that you don't just feel better at the end of six months; you understand yourself, trust yourself, and have the inner resources to keep coming back to yourself long after our work is done.
Over six months we'll move through the four pillars of The Sensitive Soul Framework:
Regulate - learning to work with your highly sensitive nervous system rather than against it, so you can find genuine ease in your daily life.
Reconnect - coming back into relationship with your body and its wisdom, and learning to hear what it's been trying to tell you.
Release - gently working through the patterns, beliefs, and old wounds that have kept you stuck in cycles of overfunctioning and self-abandonment.
Reclaim - stepping into a relationship with yourself that is grounded in self-trust, self-compassion, and the capacity to live a life in alignment with your authentic self.

My approach draws on 15 years of clinical experience across psychodynamic and person-centred psychotherapy, somatic therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, SIRPA-informed mind-body medicine, and spiritual coaching. What these have in common is that they work with your whole self, body, mind, and soul. This is how we reconnect with all parts of ourselves and come back into wholeness.
We work on four interconnected levels:
Body The body holds what the mind can't always access. Physical symptoms, chronic tension or the inability to truly switch off aren't usually signs that something is wrong with you. They're your body's way of signalling that something needs attention. Learning to listen to that signal, rather than override it, is where this work begins.
Nervous system A highly sensitive nervous system that has been living under chronic stress doesn't just calm down because life gets quieter. It needs specific, patient support to move out of fight, flight, or functional freeze and to build the capacity to stay regulated when things get hard. This is foundational to everything else. Without it, no amount of insight or intention creates lasting change.
Mind We look at the beliefs that are driving your patterns. Things like: “My worth comes from what I produce.” “My needs are too much.” “I have to make myself smaller to be acceptable.” These beliefs are usually formed early, and they keep you cycling through overfunctioning, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment long after the original circumstances have changed.
Soul This is about coming back to yourself, not managing your sensitivity, but recovering it. Reconnecting with the parts of yourself the world asked you to put away. Building a life that's aligned with your values rather than shaped around everyone else's needs. This is the level where people stop asking what's wrong with them and start trusting what they know, reclaiming the gifts of intuition, creativity and connection inherent in their sensitivity. Learning to draw on deep resources through spiritual practice (in any way that feels right to you) is paramount to this process.

However, it's structured as a programme rather than open-ended therapy, and it's designed for people who are stable and ready for deep personal work. It is designed to help you learn the skills you need to be your own best friend and support system.

The Sensitive Soul Immersion is £4,800 for the full six months. This reflects the depth of the work, the level of my clinical experience, and the degree of attention I'm able to offer when I work with a small number of clients at this level. Payment plans are available and you can choose to pay £800 per month for 6 months.

The first step is a free 20-minute discovery call. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a genuine conversation to understand where you are, what you're carrying, and whether this feels like the right fit for you right now. If it's not, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward something that might serve you better.

I work with a small number of people in the Immersion at any one time. This allows me to bring real depth and attention to each person I work with. Spaces are limited and open by application.
